You're invited to our second Lev El Lev event, honoring USY alumni who model our values of tikkun olam, tzedakah, and community leadership. Our 2026 honoree is Rabbi Adam Kligfeld.

Please join us on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Noon ET on zoom for our second annual Lev El Lev event, created to honor remarkable USY alumni who have made impressive and lasting impact on their communities through tikkun olam (service), tzedakah (philanthropy), and community leadership.

This year, we are thrilled to honor Rabbi Adam Kligfeld. As a past International President (and father of a past International President!), Adam’s involvement in USY catapulted him into Jewish leadership. Now in his 17th year as Senior Rabbi at Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles, Adam has not only grown and transformed his local community but become a shining light for the Conservative/Masorti movement. His thought leadership in the spaces of halakhic innovation, prayer and spiritual experience, interfaith dialogue, clergy collaboration, and Zionism (among other topics) have cemented him as one of our Movement’s most impactful voices today.

USY empowers Jewish youth to develop friendship​s, leadership skills, and a commitment to inspired Jewish living through meaningful and fun immersive experiences rooted in Conservative Judaism.
